Kenneth P. Lenhart

Ken joined McKinley Capital in 2011 as a Portfolio Associate. Soon after he became a member of McKinley Capital’s Global Quantitative Research Team, and in 2019, was promoted to Director of Data Science. In this role, Ken managed the data science team and was responsible for development and management of the firm’s data governance program. In 2020, Ken added to his role the management of the firm’s Information Technology and CyberSecurity department. In 2021, Ken was appointed McKinley Management’s Chief Operating Officer and added humans resources and facilities management to his scope. As the firm’s leader of people and process, Ken serves on the Executive team and works closely with all three business units. Prior to joining McKinley Capital, Ken was a Director of Equities and Quantitative Research for Midwest Asset Management, Inc, and worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Systems Analyst providing financial data model and securities expertise.
