Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Training & Development at McKinley Equipment since July 2021, Charles focuses on fostering a culture of growth and employee engagement. Previous roles include Valet Manager at Ace Parking and General Manager at SpringHill Suites Anaheim Maingate. Over a fourteen-year tenure at DKN Hotels, Charles held various positions, culminating in General Manager, and contributed significantly as Operations Support Manager.
