Charles Taft

Charles Taft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and organizational training sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Training & Development at McKinley Equipment since July 2021, Charles focuses on fostering a culture of growth and employee engagement. Previous roles include Valet Manager at Ace Parking and General Manager at SpringHill Suites Anaheim Maingate. Over a fourteen-year tenure at DKN Hotels, Charles held various positions, culminating in General Manager, and contributed significantly as Operations Support Manager. Early career experiences include roles in sales and customer service, notably with California Riviera 800 and Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Chapman University and has completed a study abroad program at Bond University.
