Catrina Dosreis

Catrina DosReis has over 16 years of experience in various roles related to career development, employer relations, and recruiting. Catrina currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at McKinney since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at McKinney from August 2021 to September 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Catrina worked at North Carolina Central University, first as the Director of the Career and Professional Development Center and then as the Associate Director of Career Services and Outreach.
