Ozgur Tanrikulu

Regional Managing Partner, EEMA at McKinsey & Company

Ozgur is the managing partner for McKinsey in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMA) region, which includes Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Middle East, and Turkey. He was previously the managing partner for the Turkey office and the leader of the Financial Services Practice in the Middle East. Ozgur has lived and worked across a number of countries, including France, Japan, South Africa, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He is a member of the global partnership service team and has served in several global roles within McKinsey.

While working with a broad range of clients, Ozgur has led transformation programs on a wide variety of issues, including growth strategy, international expansion, performance improvement, digital and analytics transformations, organizational development, and leadership development.

Ozgur believes that one of the most important opportunities and challenges facing the business world is developing talent who can take successful local companies global. He is a passionate believer in servant leadership, which he sees as critical to bringing the power of the whole organization to bear.

Ozgur joined McKinsey after working at a multinational technology company in the United States and at a global leader in high-technology building systems in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
