Charlie Lewis is a highly experienced leader in cybersecurity and military education, currently serving as a Partner and Cyber Expert at McKinsey & Company since November 2017. Prior to this role, Charlie contributed to the Council on Foreign Relations as a Term Member from June 2016 to June 2021 and held key military positions in the US Army, including Deputy Brigade Commander and Chief of Cyber Leader College. Notably, Charlie was instrumental in establishing the Army's first Cyber Training Battalion and Cyber Leader College, developing curricula and educational programs for future cyber operations. Additionally, Charlie has academic experience as an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, teaching various courses in American politics and international relations. Charlie holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Human/Regional Geography from the United States Military Academy.
