Fauve Lybaert

Fauve Lybaert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, management consulting, and philosophy education. Currently serving as the Global Senior Manager of Leadership Development at McKinsey & Company since March 2015, Fauve leads initiatives for developing entrepreneurial and apprenticeship skills for partners and colleagues globally. Prior roles at McKinsey include Manager of Partner Learning and Solution Leader at McKinsey Academy, where responsibility encompassed capability building programs for organizations undergoing digital transformations. Previous experience includes coaching at LUCA School of Arts, a trainee position at the European Commission, and teaching Dutch to adults at Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. Fauve holds a PhD in Philosophy from KU Leuven and has been a scholar at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Boston College.
