Heather Stefanski

Heather Stefanski is a Partner and Chief Learning and Development Officer at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities include leading a global learning and development function for over 40,000 colleagues in 68 countries. With a tenure at McKinsey since June 1999, Heather has held multiple leadership positions, including Global Leader of Talent, Director of Talent Management, and Engagement Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at McKinsey from 1995 to 1997. Heather holds dual Master’s degrees from Stanford University in business and education, and a B.S.E. in Operations Research from Princeton University.
