Irina Duchanin

Irina Duchanin is a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company since October 2020, having previously served as a Student Consultant and Fellow Intern at the same firm. Prior to McKinsey, Irina co-founded and served as President of TechLabs Copenhagen, a blended learning tech community aimed at equipping students with modern tech skills. Additionally, Irina worked as a Commercial Coordinator in the Global Partnerships Team at Global Fashion Agenda, focusing on sustainability in the fashion industry, and completed a stint as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Irina holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Münster and BI Norwegian Business School.
