Judith Katz has extensive experience in recruitment and people initiatives, primarily within McKinsey & Company and Google. At McKinsey & Company, Judith served as Manager of People Initiatives in the Global Communications function, Manager of Recruiting, and Manager of Recruiting Operations for the US MBA program. Judith's recruiting career at McKinsey began as a Junior Recruiter, progressing to roles as Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. Prior to these roles, Judith worked as a Recruiter at Google and served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Vinson & Elkins.
