Jurica Novak

Jurica Novak is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where experience spans from March 2006 to the present, including roles as Managing Partner for various offices in Central Europe. Notable positions include managing the Central Europe office since 2018, leading the Belgrade office (2016-2017), and overseeing the Zagreb office (2011-2017). Previous roles at McKinsey include serving as a Partner and Associate Partner, along with leadership of the Financial Institutions Group and Risk Practice in Central and Eastern Europe.
