Krzysztof Siuda

Krzysztof Siuda is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational health and culture, currently serving as the OHI Solution Leader and Expert at McKinsey & Company since June 2011. In this role, Krzysztof leads the implementation of the Asset strategy for the Organizational Health Index (OHI) solution, focusing on planning, capability building, and continuous improvement. Previous positions at McKinsey include Solution Manager, OrgSolutions Specialist, Senior Organizational Health Coach, and Research Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from managing OHI solutions across EMEA to developing innovative products and embedding health management programs. Prior to McKinsey, Krzysztof worked as a Contractor in HR at Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Krzysztof holds two Master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychology from the University of Wroclaw.
