Leandro G. Santos

Leandro G. Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company since December 2007, Leandro has held various positions including Associate Principal, Principal, and Partner. Prior to McKinsey, Leandro worked as the Director of MIS Back Office and Manager of MIS Sales, Provisioning, and Financial Applications at Earthlink, Inc. from December 2003 to December 2007. Earlier in the career, Leandro held the position of Solutions Architect at Progress Software from 1996 to 2003. Leandro holds an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and another in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
