Lucrezia Luti

Lucrezia Luti is an accomplished professional with a solid background in business and finance. Currently serving as an Associate at McKinsey & Company since 2020, Lucrezia has progressed through various roles, including Junior Associate and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Lucrezia gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst Intern at McKinsey in 2019 and co-founded StudentsOnStage, a tech start-up recognized as one of the Top 100 Italian start-ups in 2016. Lucrezia's early accomplishments include achieving first national and second international places in the Business@School initiative organized by The Boston Consulting Group in 2014. Educated at ESSEC Business School, where a Master of Science in Finance was obtained, and Politecnico di Milano, with an emphasis on classical studies at Istituto Leone XIII, Lucrezia possesses a well-rounded educational foundation.
