Matteo Mancini

Matteo Mancini is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company since June 2005, where Matteo leads the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Practice in Asia, specializing in manufacturing, productivity transformations, cost optimization, and design-to-value transformations across various sectors. Recent projects include large-scale transformation programs for multi-national consumer goods companies and productivity enhancements for manufacturers. Previously, as a Partner at EFESO from February 2002 to June 2005, Matteo delivered and led projects aimed at productivity and inventory improvements, earning multiple JIPM awards, and served as a trainer for Process Kaizen Engineers. Matteo began their career as a Quality Assistant at El.com from 2000 to 2001, focusing on achieving ISO/TS 16949 site certification. Matteo holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Brescia and has also studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
