Mehrafza Mirzazad

Mehrafza Mirzazad, M.A., is an accomplished design professional currently serving as Associate Design Director at McKinsey & Company since November 2021, previously holding the position of Lead Service and Experience Designer. With extensive experience in user experience and service design, Mehrafza led projects at Mehrafza Mirzazad Design and served as Design Director at Chefman, where responsibilities included managing design systems, innovation processes, and user experience development in smart kitchen ecosystems.
