Miho Sakuma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company since July 2020, Miho has held various positions including Engagement Manager and Senior Associate. In addition, Miho is the Founder of the Japanese Women Roundtable, a community for approximately 300 young Japanese professional women with diverse global experiences. Miho's prior roles at McKinsey included Associate and Business Analyst, as well as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College, complemented by attendance at The University of Tokyo.
