Pavel Dounaevski

Pavel Dounaevski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military operations and consultancy. Currently serving as an MBA Consultant at Atlantic Pictures since March 2023, Pavel is involved in a growth strategy project for an entertainment organization. Previously, as a Project Lead/Consultant at BMNT, Pavel utilized emerging technologies for mission-driven enterprises focused on the Defense & Space industry. Pavel’s military career includes roles such as Senior Intelligence Planner and Interagency Operations Officer with the 5th Special Forces Group, where comprehensive planning and coordination were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes managing operations for the 4th Infantry Division and the United States Army Reserve. Pavel holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with an Associate's degree from Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
