Ronak Agarwal

Ronak Agarwal is a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, having joined in May 2024. Previously, Ronak served as Manager - Product Supply at Procter & Gamble from July 2021 to July 2023, overseeing two contract-manufacturing sites for Vicks, contributing to significant revenue and market share growth. Earlier experience includes roles at Reckitt within the Future Leadership Program, where Ronak conceptualized a three-year strategy for Gross Margin Expansion, led multi-functional teams to develop a substantial pipeline of cost-saving projects, and facilitated the successful launch of products aimed at increasing hygiene practices among young consumers. Ronak completed a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and is pursuing an MBA at The Wharton School, expected to complete in May 2025.
