Shilpi Dhingra

Shilpi Dhingra is an experienced Talent Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company since January 2019, where Shilpi advanced from the role of Junior Talent Research Analyst. Prior to this, Shilpi served as an HR Executive at Nicobar Design Pvt. Ltd. from October 2017 to January 2019 and held the same position at Fresca Food Pvt. Ltd. from May 2016 to October 2017. Shilpi began the professional journey as an intern at RELAXO FOOTWEARS LIMITED in early 2016. Shilpi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource from Jamia Millia Islamia (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Daulat Ram College (2010-2013).
