Tom Stephenson

Tom Stephenson is an experienced advisor and executive, currently serving in advisory roles at SandboxAQ, Slingshot Biosciences, Nauto, SCiFi Foods, and Gaia Ventures, where Tom focuses on acceleration and value creation within portfolio companies. Previously, Tom held significant positions, including General Manager, Americas at Aera Technology and Chief Commercial Officer at Zymergen, Inc. Tom returned to McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor after a 20-year tenure as a Senior Partner. Tom’s educational background includes an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School. Additionally, Tom contributed as a course design advisor for the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program.
