Utsav Giri

Utsav Giri is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company since June 2017, having held various roles including Engagement Manager, Associate, and Junior Associate. Utsav's career at McKinsey began with a Summer Associate position where responsibilities included developing an action plan for process improvements in a large Indian automotive client through IT tools. Prior to McKinsey, Utsav held key positions such as Student Coordinator at the Training and Placement Division of BIT Mesra and Team Captain for Firebolt Racing, leading a team in a national ATV competition. Utsav also completed a Summer Trainee role at TATA Hitachi Construction Machinery, focusing on process documentation for excavator assembly. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Student Exchange Program at HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
