Verineia Codrean

Verineia Codrean is a Sustainability Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Material Economics, and Blueprint since January 2024, also serving as the Oslo Host for the Blueprint Official Community. Previously, Verineia led the Sustainability Unit and Strategic Partnerships at Startup Norway from March 2021 to October 2023. As the Founder and Innovation Lead of Innovation Architects from September 2015 to August 2022, Verineia focused on unlocking innovation through collaboration with startups in the Great Bay Area. Additional experience includes advising on marketing and communication at NCSF, serving on the executive board of AIESEC Alumni International, and holding managerial roles at Mercuris Fine Wines, Celebrity Cruises, and Donatella Cinelli Colombini. Verineia earned a Master’s degree in Conflict Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication from Babes Bolyai University.
