Janice Clusserath

Janice serves as McKinstry’s Vice President of Human Resources. Since arriving at McKinstry in 2017—bringing with her more than 25 years of HR experience—Janice has been instrumental in optimizing the company’s total rewards programs, recruiting efforts, learning/development programs, and performance management & HR systems systems.
