Karla Sperber

Karla Sperber is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee experience and operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Employee Experience & Operations at McKinstry since January 2021, Karla previously held various HR leadership positions including HR Director and Senior HR Manager at Pineapple Hospitality Company, and Vice President of Human Resources at Oki Golf. In these roles, responsibilities spanned full cycle recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at PACCAR and HR Director at Trendwest Resorts, contributing to HR operations in both manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Western Washington University.
