Lauren Sadler-Hemakumar

Lauren Sadler-Hemakumar, MPA, currently serves as the Social Impact Project Manager and formerly as the Social Impact Coordinator at McKinstry, focusing on community engagement through volunteerism and partnerships. As a board member of Girls Education International, Lauren supports educational opportunities for girls and women in underserved regions globally. Prior experience includes roles at Doctors Care as a Development and Communications Senior Specialist, where fundraising and communications were emphasized, and at One Earth Future Foundation as a Program Coordinator, contributing to project development in the Horn of Africa. Lauren has also coordinated administrative operations for the Meals on Wheels Program at Volunteers of America Colorado and held positions in the Mayor's Office and at the Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Colorado Denver.
