Elizabeth Harriger, CPA, HCCP, has extensive experience in the accounting and affordable housing sectors, currently serving as a Partner and Principal at McKonly & Asbury since 2010. In this role, Elizabeth oversees the affordable housing development team, focusing on Development Cost Certifications, 10% Tests, and 50% Tests, while also providing consulting services for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit applications and various funding applications. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at McKonly & Asbury from 1996 to 2009 in positions ranging from Staff Accountant to Manager. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, obtained in 1996.
