Jessica Shannon

Jessica Shannon has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica started their career as an Intern at the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2012. Jessica then worked as an Event Staff Lead at The Community Life Center from 2012 to 2014, where they assisted in planning and executing various special events, with a focus on weddings. Jessica also trained new employees and handled office duties.

From 2014 to 2016, Jessica served as a Banquet Captain at MCL Catering. Jessica'sresponsibilities included ensuring the successful execution of catered events, training banquet servers, and overseeing event staff.

In 2016, Jessica transitioned to MCL Restaurant & Bakery, where they held various roles. Jessica initially worked as a Catering Sales Manager and Event Coordinator, responsible for selling and planning catered events, particularly social events like weddings and parties.
