Shiva Karimi

Shiva Karimi has extensive work experience in immigration law and real estate litigation. From 2000 to 2014, they founded and served as the director of Karimi & Associates, PC, where they specialized in immigration law and represented clients in a variety of immigration matters. Shiva also handled real estate and complex litigation matters for mortgage lenders and related entities. In 2014, Shiva joined McLane Middleton as the Director of the Corporate Department & Immigration Practice Group and Managing Director of the Boston office. In this role, they advised clients on various immigration matters, including business and family immigration, federal immigration litigation, and naturalization.

Shiva Karimi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Advertising from Northeastern University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Shiva then pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Suffolk University Law School from 1995 to 1998.
