Willie Sanford

Willie Sanford, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Willie started their career in 2002 in the US Marine Corps, where they served as a Supply Chain Operations specialist for 15 years. In 2017, they joined Schneider as an Area Manager, overseeing the operations of a specific area. After a year, they moved on to NFI, where they initially worked as an Operations Supervisor from September 2020 to February 2022. Willie was then promoted to Operations Manager and held this position until August 2023. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations at McLane Company, Inc. starting from August 2023.

Willie Sanford, Ph.D. holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. Willie then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Health and Wellness, General from the same institution, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. Most recently, Sanford obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Alliant International University, where they studied from 2018 to 2021.
