Neil Palmer

Neil Palmer is an experienced professional in the motorsport and electrification sectors, currently serving as the Head of Motorsport Electrification at McLaren Applied since September 2017, with a progression of roles within the company including Acting Head and Senior Business Development Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ricardo as Electronics & Software Sales Manager, focusing on business development in various transportation sectors. Neil Palmer also held sales management positions at The Deeter Group and served in technical sales roles at Alpha 3 Manufacturing and Optical Filters. Initial career experience includes a role as Electronic Design and Development Engineer at Goodrich Engine Control Systems, specializing in aerospace control systems. Neil Palmer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Robotics and Electronic Engineering from The University of Salford.
