Nikhil Sawant

Nikhil Sawant is an experienced professional in product management specializing in software and analytics within the automotive and smart mobility sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Software Products at McLaren Applied since July 2021, Nikhil collaborates with the C-suite to develop a global product vision, while leading development teams and fostering innovation. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager for Software and Analytics and Data Systems at McLaren Applied, as well as Senior Product Manager at Chordant, where Nikhil defined product portfolios for connected and autonomous vehicles. Nikhil's earlier experience includes a significant role at Cobham managing product lifecycles, and educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Magnetics and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cardiff University.
