Floy Bernstein

Floy Bernstein has a strong background in payroll and HRIS management. They started their career at Valeo Wiper Systems as a Payroll Manager, where they had responsibilities for payroll processing and implementing best practices. They then moved on to Cooper Standard Automotive, where they worked as the Director of HRIS & Payroll. In this role, they focused on system selection, implementation, and process improvement. Currently, Floy is a Director of Corporate Disbursements at McLaren Health Care.
