Jeff Romback

Jeff Romback has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Business Operations at McLaren Health Plan, Inc. since March 2021. In this role, Jeff oversees the development of business plans and strategic initiatives aimed at operational efficiencies and market growth. Prior to this position, Jeff held various significant roles, including Deputy Director of Policy and Planning at the Michigan Association of Health Plans, where responsibilities included liaising with state government officials and leading key committees. Jeff also has a background in compliance and service operations, having worked as Director of Service Desk Compliance and Control at CareTech Solutions and as AVP of Compliance and Communications at CoreSource. Jeff's career began with positions such as Appeals and Grievance Coordinator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Court Clerk for the Honorable Daniel Patrick O'Brien. Jeff is an alumnus of Saginaw Valley State University and Cooley Law School.
