Robert Read

Robert Read has a diverse professional background primarily in the culinary arts and sales. Currently serving as a Service Adviser and Sales Consultant at McLarty Daniel since March 2021, Robert previously held the position of Sous Chef at PPG Paints Arena until February 2021, when the position was eliminated due to Covid restrictions. Robert's experience includes multiple roles as Sous Chef at Pinnacle Country Club and Gold Key Resorts, as well as significant kitchen management responsibilities at The Social Taco, where Robert oversaw daily operations and staff training. Robert’s career also features experience as a Sales Representative at Crest Foodservice Equipment Co. and a lead line chef in various establishments. Robert holds a diploma in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando and a diploma in Culinary Arts and Related Services from J. Sargent Reynolds Community College.
