Lia Mahony

Lia Mahony is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience since October 2000 as the Proprietor of The Mahony Group of Pharmacies. Currently serving as a Director at both McLean Care Ltd and HealthWISE New England North West since January 2022 and June 2015 respectively, Lia also contributes to Primary & Community Care Services Ltd as a member of the Clinical Governance Committee. With a background in aged care as a Clinical Pharmacist since January 2010 and previous leadership roles including Deputy Chair of the Discount Drugstores National Advisory Council and President of the Tamworth Business Chamber, Lia has demonstrated a strong commitment to community health and pharmacy. Additionally, Lia has served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of New England from January 2011 to November 2013. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England.
