Izzy Rawlings

Izzy Rawlings is a dedicated professional with a strong background in mental performance and sports management. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Intern at the OCD Institute in Texas since June 2023, Izzy assists with administrative tasks and supports Residential Counselors while gaining insight into patient treatment plans. Previous experience includes a Mental Performance Internship with the Cincinnati Reds, working alongside Dr. Vanessa Shannon, and serving as a Mental Performance Assistant for Dr. Lennie Waite. Additionally, Izzy contributed as a Research Assistant at the Hebl/King Industrial Organizational Psychology Lab and worked at the NFL Honors event, aiding high-profile athletes. As a Volleyball Coach for Genny Volpe Volleyball Camps, Izzy focused on developing young athletes. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Psychology from Rice University, expected to be completed in 2024, following studies at John Paul II High School.
