Carla Christian, PMP, PCCP, has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within the technology and healthcare industries. Carla started their career at Baptist Health System, where they served as an Enterprise Information Technology Manager, overseeing complex IT projects and collaborating with senior executives and stakeholders. Carla then joined HealthSouth as a Program Manager, responsible for managing IT projects for the Diagnostic Division and ensuring compliance with regulations. Carla's most recent role was at McLeod Software, where they held multiple positions including Sr. Engagement Manager and Program Director Strategic Account Delivery. In these roles, they led and managed large-scale enterprise engagement projects, developed project management processes, and achieved exceptional results.

Carla Christian, PMP, PCCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In August 2006, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In December 2019, Carla received the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
