Sophia Tsang

Sophia Tsang currently serves as the Legal Director at MCM Partners, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Corporate Associate at bowers.law from September 2020 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Trainee Solicitor at GPS McQuhae LLP and completing a mini pupillage at Ronny Wong Chambers in June 2019. Additionally, Sophia gained experience as a Corporate Paralegal at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on US-China matters related to funds management, capital markets, and M&A transactions. Sophia also worked as a Corporate and Litigation Paralegal at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where responsibilities included drafting legal arguments for arbitration and assisting in IPO and ICO deals. Prior roles include serving as an IFLR Reporter/Analyst at Euromoney Institutional Investor and internships at Ince & Co and Terra Firma Chambers. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from CityU School of Law.
