Julia Swift

Julia Swift is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and General Counsel at McMahon Services, where they oversee various teams including WHSEQ, HR, and legal matters while reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the Board. They have over eight years of experience in the construction industry, complemented by an eleven-year career in private legal practice. Prior to their current role, Julia served as Corporate Counsel at York Civil Pty Ltd and held various positions at Cowell Clarke, including Special Counsel and Senior Associate. Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
