Felix Wendt has extensive work experience in customer care and sales. Felix started their career at Competence Call Center in 2010, where they worked as a Team Lead and later transitioned to the role of Learning and Development. In 2017, they joined Dentolo as Head of Customer Care and eventually took on the role of Head of Sales. In 2019, they joined McMakler as Head of Customer Care.
Felix Wendt completed their Abitur, with a focus on psychology, at Anna-Freud-Oberstufenzentrum mit gymnasialer Oberstufe from 2004 to 2007. Felix then attended the University of Potsdam from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued Germanistik and Philosophie. In 2011, Felix worked at Competence Call Center GmbH and obtained a degree in Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing, although the field of study is unspecified. In 2014, they completed a Trainer für Erwachsenenpädagogik program at Industrie- und Handelskammer Berlin, earning an IHK-Zertifikat.
