Niklas Koch

Niklas Koch has worked at McMakler and UPS. At McMakler, they have held several roles including Werkstudent People Operations (HR), Praktikant Talent Acquisition/People Operations, and Werkstudent Talent Acquisition. Their work at McMakler started in December 2021 and is ongoing. Prior to that, they worked at UPS as an Angestellter from June 2017 to December 2021.

Niklas Koch began their education in 2016 at Oberstufenzentrum Strausberg, where they pursued and successfully completed their Abitur degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften in 2019. Following this, they enrolled in The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2019 to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, which they are currently pursuing.
