Sarah Lobenstein

Sarah Lobenstein has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sarah started their career at Technische Werke Naumburg GmbH as a working student in 2009 and later took on the role of an Account Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2016, Sarah joined PERM4 | Permanent Recruiting GmbH as a Career Consultant specializing in IT/TC - Infrastructure & Security. During their time there, Sarah developed a strong understanding of the market and built relationships with key players and organizations. In 2017, they transitioned to McMakler, where they held various positions. Sarah started as a Senior Recruiter from October 2017 to June 2018, then became a Teamlead Operations Recruiting from July 2018 to May 2019. From June 2019 to September 2022, Sarah served as the Head of Learning and Development. Since October 2022, they have been working as a Senior People Business Partner at McMakler.

Sarah Lobenstein obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management in öffentlichen Unternehmen und Einrichtungen from the Berufsakademie Gera (University of Cooperative Education) in the period from 2009 to 2013. Sarah then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business and Organisation from HWTK Berlin between 2014 and 2016.
