Abigail Fischer

Abigail Fischer currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at LAGOS, a company known for its pioneering fine jewelry and signature Caviar collections since 1977. Prior to this role, Abigail held various leadership positions at McMaster-Carr, including Director of Customer Relationship Management Operations, where oversight included marketing and sales development for 300,000 customer accounts. Throughout a diverse career at McMaster-Carr, Abigail also contributed as Director of Finance, Associate Director of Distribution, Associate Director of Customer Service, Senior Manager of Receiving Operations, and Manager of Customer Preferences. Abigail holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in English Literature and Art History from Swarthmore College.
