Brianna Byard

Brianna Byard is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, finance, and education. Currently employed at McMaster-Carr as a System Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and Automation Engineer since June 2021, Brianna also serves as an Academic Tutor for high school students in Chicago. Previous experience includes work as an Analyst at Michigan Stocks and Bonds, where Brianna led philanthropic initiatives and analyzed consumer trends, and as an Incoming Risk Manager at S&P Global, focusing on risk management transparency. Additional roles include a Substitute Teacher at Lincoln-King Academy and a Direct Underwriting Intern at TransRe. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at USC Marshall School of Business.
