Hugh Archibald

Hugh Archibald has extensive experience in various leadership roles at McMaster-Carr since June 2012, including positions as Director of Customer Service and Human Resources, as well as several senior management roles in content strategy, customer research, HR systems, and operations. Prior experience includes a fellowship at Harvard Business School and an internship at Fidelity Investments in capital markets. Hugh Archibald holds an MBA in Strategy, Operations, and General Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Harvard University.
