Kaan Balimtas

Kaan Balimtas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations management, currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Manager - Credit Strategy at McMaster-Carr since January 2020. Kaan has previously held various roles, including Strategy & Project Manager in Customer Finance and Digital Business Development, as well as Corporate Strategy Senior Associate at KPMG US, where contributions included growth and operating strategies, M&A strategy, and enterprise-wide transformation. As the CEO and Founder of a private health company, Kaan invented a unique health product that garnered multiple awards. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland.
