Renee McIntosh

Renee McIntosh, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at McMaster Students Union since July 2021, where responsibilities include providing support and leadership for the organization's HR functions. Previously, McIntosh held various roles at DATA Communications Management from September 2004 to August 2015, culminating in the positions of Senior HR Manager and HR Manager for DATA East. In these roles, key responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR Business Partners, addressing complex Employee Relations, Organizational Behaviour, Legislative Compliance, and talent management. McIntosh's early career includes functioning as an HR Generalist/Specialist, managing various HR initiatives and providing consultancy services. Academic achievements consist of a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
