Beth McNally

Beth McNally has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2017. Beth has worked as an Operations Manager and Principal Research Engineer at McMaster University, where they managed a research facility focused on automotive materials and corrosion. Beth also served as a Post Doctoral Fellow at McMaster University and conducted research to develop high-strength steel and support the research group. Additionally, they have experience as a Board Member at Westdale Cinema Group and as a Facilities Manager and Treasurer at Jessett Investments Ltd. Beth's work history also includes roles such as a Statistical Engineer at National Steel Car, a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at McMaster University, an Instructor at the LEAP PROGRAM at McMaster University, and a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer at CELESTICA LTD.

Beth McNally has a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering with a focus on TEM of bone from McMaster University, which they completed from 2003 to 2010. Beth also holds a B.A.Sc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University, obtained from 1996 to 2000. In 2014, Beth obtained a Copyediting Certificate from UC San Diego. Additionally, they have obtained the P.Eng. certification from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2014. Beth also briefly studied Materials Engineering at UNSW in 1999.
