Dr. Min Basadur is the President and Founder of Basadur Applied Creativity Inc., a company dedicated to transforming collaborative thinking and work practices since September 1981. In addition to entrepreneurial efforts, Dr. Basadur serves as Professor Emeritus at McMaster University and previously taught as a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the DeGroote School of Business, focusing on experiential courses in creativity, innovation, and change management. Prior experience includes a role as a Professional Innovation Advisor at Procter & Gamble, where Dr. Basadur drove corporate-wide innovative thinking that led to substantial profit improvements, and as a Research and Development Engineer who obtained three US patents. Dr. Basadur holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Toronto, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier University.
