Jeff Chuchman

Jeff Chuchman, MA, MBA (fs), has a strong background in finance, administration, and human resources. Jeff began their career at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) as a Pension Officer from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, Jeff joined McMaster University as a Pensions and Benefits Administrator and later transitioned to roles such as Manager of Retirement Support Services and Technical Lead of the HRIS Implementation for Pensions. Throughout their tenure at McMaster University, Jeff gained extensive experience in pension administration, managing pension plans, and implementing pension administration systems. Jeff also played a key role in various university-wide initiatives, including the development of strategic plans for the Advancement Services operation and the implementation of Mosaic-HR. Jeff's expertise in total compensation and financial analysis further contributed to their effectiveness as a Total Compensation Strategist at the university. Jeff Chuchman, MA, MBA (fs) completed their education in a chronological manner. Jeff obtained their High School Degree in History and Math from Sir Winston Churchill in 1991. Afterward, they attended Trent University from 1991 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology. In 1997 and 1998, they pursued a Master's degree in History at McMaster University. Later, from 2012 to 2017, they completed their MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services at Dalhousie University. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans & Dalhousie University in 2010.
